Entry requirements
Education: The minimum requirement for this position is GCSE/S grades or equivalent
Experience: Proven sales experience with a supervisory background.
Skills: Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the tools industry; understanding of company products.
Technology: Proficient in sales and CRM software; basic IT skills
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the tasks of sales and associated employees directly.
Monitor and assist with inventory ordering and restocking based on demand and sales trends.
Sets and oversees work schedules to achieve sales and productivity goals.
Collaborate With the administrative manager to address operational issues and prepare a stock report Discrepancies.
Identify and/or suggest staffing and other requirements to meet sales and productivity targets.
Provide the necessary reports to the admin manager regarding activities as needed.
