SALES SUPERVISOR
As a Sales Supervisor in our company, you will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing the sales operations. You will ensure efficient and customer-centric service while contributing to the overall success of the company.
Entry requirements
- Education: The minimum requirement for this position is GCSE/S grades or equivalent
- Experience: Proven sales experience with a supervisory background.
- Skills: Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the tools industry; understanding of company products.
- Technology: Proficient in sales and CRM software; basic IT skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the tasks of sales and associated employees directly.
- Monitor and assist with inventory ordering and restocking based on demand and sales trends.
- Sets and oversees work schedules to achieve sales and productivity goals.
- Collaborate With the administrative manager to address operational issues and prepare a stock report Discrepancies.
- Identify and/or suggest staffing and other requirements to meet sales and productivity targets.
- Provide the necessary reports to the admin manager regarding activities as needed.
