As a Sales Supervisor in our company, you will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing the sales operations. You will ensure efficient and customer-centric service while contributing to the overall success of the company.

Entry requirements

  • Education: The minimum requirement for this position is GCSE/S grades or equivalent
  • Experience: Proven sales experience with a supervisory background.
  • Skills: Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the tools industry; understanding of company products.
  • Technology: Proficient in sales and CRM software; basic IT skills


  • Manage and oversee the tasks of sales and associated employees directly.
  • Monitor and assist with inventory ordering and restocking based on demand and sales trends.
  • Sets and oversees work schedules to achieve sales and productivity goals.
  • Collaborate With the administrative manager to address operational issues and prepare a stock report Discrepancies.
  • Identify and/or suggest staffing and other requirements to meet sales and productivity targets.
  • Provide the necessary reports to the admin manager regarding activities as needed.
